10SEP2026, I first met Dr. JOHN BOSWORTH, JR. I was referred by Dr. Ursula Heberien after a fall that injured my face. Dr. BOSWORTH’s examination was thorough, personable, and professional. His concern for my quality of life was evident. He explained the relationship of the inner ear and the brain’s balance center. As a 78 year old female, I have had numerous injuries due to falls over the last dozen years. Dr. Heberien agrees that I will benefit from BALANCE Physical Therapy.
In addition, I have this suggestion. To Fyzical and ENT CARE, I have a Referral that states ENT CARE and FYZICAL are: “PROVIDER NOT IN SYSTEM” at JHCP Family Medical [Providor ID #1 1225167323, Dr. Ursula Heberien.
I urge your facilities to join JHCP (allowing IN SYSTEM services) for your clients best interest and cost-effective services. I think such action would be beneficial for all parties.
My limited knowledge of the subject is acknowledged, nevertheless, my request is sincere.
