I have only the highest of praise — and gratefulness — to the ENT Care practice. After experiencing a series of room-spinning dizzy spells over 10 days, I was concerned, particularly because I was scheduled to fly to Europe later in the week. After leaving a brief note on the website, noting my issues and the very short window to be seen before my trip, I was contacted that afternoon by one of the professionals in the group who scheduled an appointment for me the following day (note – 2 other practices contacted either didn’t reply or were unable to make an appointment).
I was seen yesterday by Emily Cissel and her team. She conducted a number of neurological and other tests and immediately diagnosed the issue (BPPV). She performed an Epley Manuever and provided instructions to keep performing the manuever in the coming days. While she said that I might be OK today (the first day following the visit) i of course didn’t believe that was possible. In fact it appears that is just what happened.
So — thanks to Emily and the entire practice for being so accommodating. I highly recommend Emily and her team as a group of caring health professionals.
