Katharine Buckheit

Katie Buckheit, Au.D, CCC-A, is an audiologist at CADENT/Siegel, Bosworth, & Sorensen Division. She earned her Doctorate of Audiology from Towson University and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders with a minor in Music from Southern Connecticut State University. She successfully defended her thesis that evaluated the effects of implementing game design elements into tests of speech-in-noise in May 2023.
Katharine, or Katie as her patients know her, completed her final year of her doctoral program working at CADENT/Siegel, Bosworth, & Sorensen Division. Her other clinical rotations included working as an intern at The Hearing Wellness Center, ENTAA Care, and at Lincoln Intermediate Unit, which is a pediatric education setting. She enjoys learning about the lives of her patients and working with them to improve their quality of life through hearing healthcare.
